The two custom designed Homestead family homes - 'The Taya' and 'The Skye' - are open for inspection 7
days a week. 9am - 5pm weekdays and 10am - 4pm over the weekend.
Why do we build display homes? Three main reasons.
1. As a way of demonstrating our building capabilities from a design aspect as well as displaying the quality
of craftsmanship.
2. It gives prospective home buyers a real yardstick for pricing. At Homestead there are no hidden extras -
we are very upfront as to what included in the standard price of a Homestead quality family home.
3. Visitors can draw inspiration from our display homes which incorporate contemporary designs and leading
edge building materials and methods.
And of course you will have access to our experienced staff at the display village to discuss your ideas for
your family's new home.
Please remember Homestead Homes are custom builders. We can adapt any of our designs to suit your
family's needs. Or we can build from your architect's plans. Or we can create a concept drawing for you and
take the ideas all the way through to completion.
